PEDOT-ESD5000 TM: Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) Ink
This organic electrostatic discharge capacitive Ink was designed with superior mechanical properties in mind. This ESD conductive ink is fully formulated to be applied on plastic substrates, glass and textiles. It is designed to achieve capacitive and dissipative ESD coatings having sheet resistance (Rs) of 103~105 Ω/□.
PEDOT-ESD5000TM does not contain any metals or carbon. It is transparent (see application examples photos) and durable.
- Electrically conductive regardless of moisture. More reliable ESD coatings.
- Spreads and adheres on plastics and glass substrates.
- Good mechanical properties, water and solvents resistance.
- Excellent adhesion to fabrics (such as cotton and polyester). Washing resistant.
PEDOT-ESD5000 TM ESD ink targeted applications include transparent antistatic ESD coatings, touchscreens transparent electrodes, flexible sensors, special electroluminescent (EL) devices, PDLC films EMI shielding and other capacitance based devices.
