PEDOT-SCRN400 TM: Conductive Screen Printing Ink
This ink is designed for application by conventional sreen printers. Applicble substrate include:
- Plastic films such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polycarbonate (PC), Polyimide Kapton etc.
- Textiles and Papers - Contact us for more details.

Typical application procedure:
- 110mesh screen ; 65-70A durometer squeegee ; 45o ; Two passes.
- Curing at 95oC (~200oF) /10 minutes.
- Heat cure is required to achieve best mechanical and electrical properties.

Screen printing on PET film

PEDOT-SCRN400 may be used to fabricate electrically conductive patterns on textiles. See examples below.
