PEDOT-SCRN400TM: Conductive Screen Printing Ink

This ink is designed for application by conventional sreen printers. Applicble substrate include:
  • Plastic films such as polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polycarbonate (PC), Polyimide Kapton etc.
  • Textiles and Papers - Contact us for more details.
  • See examples below

Typical application procedure:
  • 110mesh screen ;  65-70A durometer squeegee ; 45o ; Two passes.
  • Curing at 95oC (~200oF) /10 minutes.
  • Heat cure is required to achieve best mechanical and electrical properties.
